Sleepless nights
I’m having a hard time sleeping at night. It turns out that I was working on a graveyard shift I start to feel sleepy after 6am in the morning and feel a live in the afternoon and night, which is really bad for my health. Since two weeks I didn’t workout because of this sleepless night but I had a chance to watch this movies streaming online and reading book in my PC.

Forearm pain
It’s been a while since my forearm hurts. I don’t remember how many times I feel pain in my right forearm. I’m really stubborn when it comes to my hand. I’m always washing my hand after 8 hours straight in front of my computer. I know its bad idea right. I wish this will be my final lesson. Never wash your hands after long hours in front of the PC.

Instrument they used for my knee
I’m now in my home country Philippines since April. I spent 2 weeks try to meet all my friends. And It was fun! Mid of May 2010 I had Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Surgery in my right knee. How did I get this? It was a long story maybe I will tell you next time. But now I’m feeling better and I’m back to work since July.
